Join-in Stores
1、Ways of Join-in
The join-in stores must be planned on the basis of city area,
in orther words, one franchising store/store-in-store/special
hall selling "Bai Long Hu" is only allowed in each
city.
2、Discount of Supply
Provincial exclusive agent: 40% (basic retail price), promotion
and tailor-made products are exceptional.
3、Join-in conditions
RMB 20,000 - 200,000 as deposit according to the different
area, the first batch of goods must be anywhere between RMB
30,000 - 150,000
4、Goods changing
First batch of goods or new goods within three month are allowed
to change 100%, 20% of other goods could be changed in every
purchasing .
5、Tranpsort
The company bears in-city transport, join-in stores must be
responbile for the long distance transport.
6、Profits returned for Ad
The company will make a payment of 1.5% of total annual procurement
( in form of goods) in each contractual year end as commission
for ad.
7、Profits returned for sales
Distributors who finish their sales task are entitled to 1%
(in form of goods) of their sales target as awards, for exceeded
proportion, they will be awarded 1.5% ( in form of goods) as
awards.
8、Decoration design support
Free deisgn on market counters or franchising stores. Provide
supports on poster and other exhibits in cost prices only.
9、Special support
Join-in stores that complete their sales tasks and also maintain
the company's image are entitled to 2% (in form of goods) of
total annual procurement as awards.

Agents
1、Ways of Join-in
The ways of joinning-in "Bai Long Hu" sales network
is convenient and flexible, devided into two agents as follows:
provincial exclusive agents (one every province), regional exclusive
agents (one every region).
2、Discount of supply
For provincial exclusive agents: 40% (basic retail price)
For regional exclusive agents: 6.5% (basic retail price)
promotion and tailor-made products are exceptional.
3、Join-in conditions
For provincial exclusive agents: RMB 150,000 as deposit, the
first batch of goods must be anywhere between RMB 10,000 - 300,000
For regional exclusive agents: RMB 50,000 - 80,000 as deposit,
the first batch of goods must be anywhere between RMB 30,000
- 100,000

Sign a "Join-in Agreement" and "Agent Contract"
with successful applicants.
Join-in stores make payment of deposit and the first amount
of money for goods.
The contracts will be effective after reception of the money,
the company thus issues a letter of delegation and grants the
join-in stores/regional agents the plate, and make a delivery
within 3 days.
